Correct Craft recognized for impact on local community

ORLANDO — Correct Craft Inc., producer of the Nautique boat line, was given the Association for Corporate Growth’s SMART Award, which is given to companies that bring value to their local communities in terms of corporate culture, growth, business creativity and economic contribution, according to a release from Correct Craft.

A boat manufacturer for more than 86 years, the Orlando-based Correct Craft was nominated for the award by a banker in the company’s community who was familiar with the company’s operations and its impact on central Florida.

“We have an incredible team of people who not only want to build the world’s best boats for our customers but who also truly care about their community and desire to help make the world a better place; I am thrilled to see our team honored this way,” Bill Yeargin, president and CEO of Correct Craft, said in the release.
