JUPITER, Fla. – Jonathan’s Landing Marina in Jupiter, Fla. will be sold at a public auction Oct. 1, after its owner lost a $5.2 million foreclosure judgment to Juno Beach-based Anchor Commercial Bank, the South Florida Business Journal reported in a story yesterday.
The 52,000-sq.-ft. marina complex on the Intracoastal Waterway has dry storage for 376 boats, plus 18 wet boat slips.
In addition to property owner JLM Associates, Jon E. Marshall was held liable for the judgment as a guarantor. The judgment was based on a $4.9 million mortgage that went into default, plus interest and fees, the newspaper reported.
