Online marine wholesale network launched
JACKSON, Mich. – MarineDealerTrader.com, a “brand specific” network that allows dealers and manufacturers to buy and sell products amongst themselves – has been launched, Marine Dealer Trader LLC reported in a recent statement.
Boats, motors, trailers, used boats, parts and accessories are all accessible through this systems network. Manufacturers can sell stock boats, parts and accessories, expanding their exposure to dealers nationally, experiencing better communication with dealers in their network and reducing their warehoused products, according to the company.
Dealers can use the site to build an alliance with other “brand specific” dealers, allowing the purchase and sale of products through their network before the customer leaves the showroom. Dealers can also search, sell and buy parts, accessories and used products nationally through all participating manufacturers and dealers, the company reported.
MarineDealerTrader.com is a web-based tool intended to help the marine industry become more productive with management and movement of inventory, according to the company.
