Ocean Accessories acquires Swobbit

GUILFORD, Conn. – Ocean Accessories, a manufacturer and importer of boating products, has acquired Swobbit brand cleaning products from Swobbit Holdings and Calderon Textiles, it reported in a statement yesterday. The purchase includes all inventory and intellectual property.

The Swobbit product line begins with the Perfect Pole telescoping handle with a patented no-look tracking system. It is designed to work with Swobbit’s Uni-Snap quick release accessories including wash brushes, washing tools and drying mops. Other products in the Swobbit line include water blades, scrub pads, microfiber and complete boat maintenance kits.
