CDI Electronics/Rapair Corp. complete sale
MADISON, Ala. – CDI Electronics/Rapair Corp. has completed a stock sale/purchase of Rapair Inc. in Madison, Ala., it reported in a recent statement. The amount of sale has not been released.
Barry Neal has been named president and CEO and will lead the organization, which manufacturers the “Quick Strike Ignition” product line.
“We are excited about the CDI Electronics organization and the experienced team in Madison, Alabama” said Neal. “We intend to continue to provide the market with the superior quality, reliability, service, and support you have come to expect from an industry leader.”
Dave Krause, general manager at CDI Electronics, stated, “We are excited about the new management and look forward to working with them to improve and support our customers. The team here in Madison is dedicated to making sure our customers have the best ignition components available.”
