Over 900 meetings scheduled for S.T.E.P. Conference
ESSEX, Conn. – The National Marine Distributors Association will open its annual Sales, Training, Education & Purchasing Conference on Monday in Las Vegas, the organization said in a statement yesterday.
Nearly 300 participants from over 100 marine products distributors, manufacturers and manufacturers’ representative firms will hold more than 900 purchasing meetings during the two-day event at the Las Vegas Hilton. As it has since 2003, the conference will lead into the Marine Aftermarket Accessories Trade Show.
S.T.E.P. purchasing meetings will be held Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. At a luncheon on Monday, NMDA will present its annual Supplier of the Year Awards. There will be a reception on Monday evening and the conference will officially end on Tuesday evening with participants attending the MAATS welcome reception.
