Scout Boats begins new warranty program
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – Scout Boats, Inc. has begun a new manufacturer-backed three-year stem-to-stern warranty on all 2005 and newer models, the company said in a recent press release.
The new warranty is in addition to Scout’s 10-year structural/transferable hull warranty. Both warranties apply to the entire Scout line of boats and are offered at no additional cost to the customer. Warranty claims will be administered through Scout’s authorized dealer network.
“With our new warranty, we will be able to give our customers more peace of mind when purchasing a Scout boat,” Scout’s Vice President of Operations Dave Wallace said. “Our boats are built to a much higher standard, so it made sense to back our product longer than any other boat brand in the industry.”
