U.S. distributor launches Azimut customer care program

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – U.S. distributor Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group (ARB) is introducing The Azimut Elite Customer Care Program, it reported in a statement today.

Customers that buy a new Azimut Yacht 39 to 116 feet in length through ARB will automatically be enrolled in the Azimut Elite Customer Care Program, according to Rob McDougal, ARB executive VP of operations.

Under the program, an ARB service team member will be personally assigned to assist a new owner through the entire boat building process.

“The Azimut Elite Customer Care Team is there through the entire production of a new Azimut yacht including detailed inspections at every stage,” said Randy Coleman, who heads up sales for the Azimut line. “In addition, the program offers the ability to proactively care for our customers’ investment for the duration of ownership through scheduled maintenance and routine check-ups. This maintains the value of the yacht and gives our customers an advantage when trade-in time comes.”

The Elite Customer Care Program is headed by director, Robert Albright. Team members include an assembly of long-time customer service specialists. In addition to the team approach, a 24-hour service hotline has been added exclusively for new Azimut owners who purchased their yachts through ARB, the company reported.

ARB is a dealer for Tiara Yachts, Azimut Yachts and Bertram Yachts. Its offices are located in Miami, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, Key Largo at the Ocean Reef Club, Naples, Stuart, and Jacksonville. In addition to eight sales locations, the organization operates service facilities and offers services including yacht insurance and worldwide charter.
