Carling Technologies, Inc. acquires Moritz Corp.

PLAINVILLE, Conn. – Carling Technologies, a switch and circuit protection manufacturer, has acquired the complete assets of the Moritz Corp., the company reported in a recent statement.

Moritz’s business will now go forward as Moritz Aerospace, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Carling Technologies, Inc.

Moritz will continue operating at its current location in Pennsylvania and providing systems and controls to the aviation, marine, and transportation industries, with Claude Mercier, the founder and president, continuing in his leadership position.

Moritz Corp. was formed in 1994 and has since provided customers with panel entry and read-out modules, solid state control, protection and switching devices, and multifunction multiplexed control systems.
