MCG Yachts to Represent XO Boats in the U.S.
MCG Yachts recently announced a collaboration with Finnish boat builder XO Boats, in which MCG Yachts will now represent XO Boats in the U.S. market.
A key highlight will be the XO EXPLR 44, XO’s flagship model, combining offshore capability, comfort and Scandinavian styling. XO Boats are engineered for demanding conditions with deep-V aluminum hulls and robust construction, according to the company, a distinctive choice for clients seeking versatility, durability and quality.
The collaboration follows meetings at the Palm Beach International Boat Show, according to the company, where both teams aligned on long-term opportunities for the XO range in the U.S. market.
“The combination of aluminum construction, strong offshore capability and premium finish makes XO highly relevant for the U.S. market,” said Lucas Hackathorne, co-founder of MCG Yachts, in a news release. “We believe there is a strong opportunity to introduce the brand to clients who want a boat that is both stylish and genuinely capable.”
MCG Yachts will support XO Boats through strategic market development, targeted marketing and direct client interaction including activations, presentations and sea trials.
