To participate, stop by a local MarineMax store and pick up a free burgee. When travelling, out on the water or just having fun, take a photo with the burgee. Then share these photos on social media using #showusyourburgee.
This summer, MarineMax plans on taking its #showusyourburgee campaign to the next level by incorporating a social media giveaway. The giveaway will last until August 25. Each week, during this entry period, MarineMax will select its favorite photo that includes the burgee, utilizes #showusyourburgee and are entered by posting them to the MarineMax Leisure Facebook page. The winners of these selected photos will receive a prize from MarineMax’s new 2017 Summer Collection, which includes items like shirts, visors and Tervis tumblers.
After the entry period, all of the selected photos will be added to a photo album on the MarineMax Leisure Facebook page. For one week, these photos will be available to be “voted on” to win a grand prize, based on the likes at the end of the week, September 1. The grand prize will be a four-hour cruise on a MarineMax boat for up to four guests with food and drink provided.
“We are excited to reveal our new summer collection. The pieces in this collection really tie together the idea of boating and being United by Water,” said Abbey Heimensen, MarineMax director of marketing.
In addition to the burgee, MarineMax is also releasing its new 2017 Summer Collection. To make this year’s collection more colorful, a combination of yellow green, light blue and dark blue were used. Also in theme, this collection pulls together the idea of being United by Water by utilizing the swave pattern as was used in years past. Amongst this collection is a variety of collateral and gear including a t-shirt, a visor and a Tervis tumbler.
This is the third year for the MarineMax burgee.
