Chris-Craft to debut Catalina 30 Pilothouse at MIBS
Chris-Craft announced the world premiere of the Catalina 30 Pilothouse, which will take place at the 2017 Progressive Miami International Boat Show. The Catalina 30 is the newest in the center console Catalina family for Chris-Craft.
The Catalina 30 features a styled Pilothouse design that combines wind protection with styling, providing a sporting experience enhanced by classic Chris-Craft amenities. The Pilothouse design eliminates the need for multiple supports providing unobstructed movement on deck.
The Catalina 30 Pilothouse design captures Chris-Craft quality and comfort, offering a console with a cabin down below, comprised of a berth and a head compartment. The cabin creates a refuge with a forward facing port window that allows light and forward visibility. The bow design is highlighted by a sun lounger and the aft cockpit features a dive door and U-shaped convertible seating. At the helm, the Catalina 30’s dash provides access to electronics and space for dual 16-inch “glass cockpit” screens. The Catalina 30 is available with either Yamaha or Mercury outboard power ranging up to twin 350 HP.
Also on display at the 2017 Progressive Miami International Boat Show will be the 2017 Catalina 26, with a newly designed helm and seating area, a 2017 Calypso 30, with an exclusive new Hard Top, and the Launch 36, finished with the new Euro Top. In addition, Chris Craft welcomes attendees to experience the Commander 42, along with other models from its 2017 Launch, Catalina, Calypso, Capri and Corsair series.
