Marine industry veteran starts new rep agency in Midwest

NORTHBROOK, Ill. – Marine Industry veteran John Miklovis recently announced that he has launched his own manufacturer’s representative agency, North Star Sales, LLC, to service marine, outdoor, and specialty markets in the Great Lakes and Midwest regions.

“I have been very fortunate to be part of such a great industry for my entire career,” says Miklovis. “I look forward to using my experience to raise awareness, generate demand, and drive sales growth for my manufacturers.”

Miklovis has over 20 years experience in the marine industry and is a lifelong boater and fisherman. His professional background includes Regional Manager for Boater’s World, Sales and Marketing Management for 3M Marine, Account Executive with ComMar Sales, and Marine & Military Sales for Steiner Optik.
