Dealership targeted by thieves
MEDFORD, Ore. — River Hawk Boats was the victim of theft when someone threw a rock through the shop window and stole a cash box containing $1,500.
Lt. Bob Hansen with the Medford Police Department told KTVL TV that the thieves appeared familiar with the premises.
“It’s possible that the person know where the item was because nothing else was disturbed in the business,” he said.
Hansen says these typed of crimes are common and he encourages business owners to purchase surveillance cameras, or put automatic lights up in front of the shop.
