Village Marina and Yacht Club (Ranked 9 in 2006) makes boating easy with its Hassle Free program, which offers customers escalating levels of service to ensure their boat is always ready to go. These packages allow customers to sign on up front and not have to bother to call in for service when regular maintenance is needed. It also allows the dealer to schedule his service work well in advance.
At Westport Marina (Ranked 62 in 2005) of Denver, N.C., the Admiral Care Program offers customers two years of maintenance free boating, including two engine services, two drive services, two winterizations, one detail, one prop change and up to three lake calls.
