National media continue to boost boating

NMMA’s summer PR efforts continue to make waves in the news, raising awareness about the benefits of boating and shining a spotlight on the U.S. recreational boating industry. Over the weekend, Fox Business did a feature story, First-time boaters lead boat boom, reporting on record demand for boating since the outset of the pandemic and highlighting boating as a top choice in outdoor recreation. 

The story, which has been picked up by more than 100 network news affiliates nationwide, featured NMMA data on sales trends and first-time boat buyers, as well as Discover Boating, and other industry leaders.
