Priority One announces 2015 Above and Beyond winners
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Jessica Yaudes, Dawn Fields and Tyler “TJ” Johnson were recognized as the 2015 Above and Beyond employee award winners at Priority One’s annual holiday party on Saturday, December 5, 2015. Each year Priority One, the recreational industry’s oldest and largest F&I outsourcing provider, recognizes and rewards individuals who have gone above and beyond their identified job duties to exceed the needs of Priority One and our nationwide dealer partners. For two of the awards, nominations are given anonymously by internal Priority One co-workers. For the third Above and Beyond award, titled, “Dealer’s Choice”, the nominations are received from dealership personnel.
“We were so excited and happy to receive all the nominations and wonderful comments from our dealer partners,” said Heather Mariscal, president of Priority One. “They took time out of their busy schedules to submit nominations, and we really appreciate it. When the winners were announced, they were beaming!”
Yaudes, Priority One’s business manager, has been with the company for nearly three years. Among the nominations she received from dealers for the Dealer’s Choice award, the following was said about Jessica: “She’s always doing everything in her power to help us secure sales in a timely manner;” “She works very hard and uses her knowledge and personality to build great rapport with the clients earning their trust and their business;” and “her back-end close ratio is the best I have seen in ten years in this business.”
Fields is a business administrator at Priority One and won one of the Above & Beyond awards. About Dawn, her coworkers said, “she is proactive and when she sees something she can assist with, before you even ask her, it’s done. Her devotion to succeeding within her position is second to none.”
Johnson is in the I.T. department and won the second Above & Beyond award. Among his nominations, this was said about TJ: “TJ is always willing to help, not only with I.T. related projects but other things as well. He not only gets the job done, but he responds quickly and with a pleasant disposition.”
