The Lake Norman Carefree Boat Club was recognized as the nation’s leading Carefree Boat Club at the company’s annual conference. The four year old company bested out 30 other Carefree Boat Clubs based on three metrics: customer service, sales leadership, and corporate and affiliate support.
In addition to the “2013 Boat Club of the Year” award, the Lake Norman boat club also received the “2013 Customer Service Award” and the “2013 Sales Performance Award.” It marks the second year in a row that the company won the Customer Service Award.
The award was a pleasant surprise for Lake Norman Carefree Boat Club Sales and Marketing Director John Gillette.
“We are honored and humbled to receive these awards among the many successful Carefree Boat Clubs. We are also extremely thankful that for a second year our members feel our team provides such a high level of customer service.”
At the annual award banquet, the Lake Norman Carefree Boat Club’s performance was commended for their results despite significant head winds of the slow economic recovery and the inclement weather during the 2013 boating season.
