Marinas International to build $10-million marina
ORLANDO, Fla. – Marinas International, Inc. (Other OTC:MNSI.PK) has completed site surveys for all possible marina locations in St. Vincent, selected a site and begun plans to secure the location, it reported in a recent statement.
The 25-berth, $10-million marina is expected to take one year to build, according to the company. It anticipates pre-sale revenues to go well beyond development costs.
The real estate firm is focused on building marinas for yachts 160 feet and above and developing and pre-selling real estate, whether condos or villas, to the yacht owners. Many yacht owners have already expressed a strong interest in purchasing berths in the marina, according to the company, which said it will develop real estate “to meet their needs.”
