Haunted Harbor and Yachtober Fest Drink Bingo
The Port of Everett is hosting its third annual Haunted Harbor, taking place on October 23, as well as its Yachtober Fest Drink Bingo, which lasts all of October at participating Waterfront Place restaurants.
