LIVONIA, Mich. – The Boating and Outdoor Recreation Festival in Livonia, Mich., recently announced that this year’s festival at the Metro Beach Metropark has signed up more exhibitors and sold more space than the 2010 event.
“The positive experience MBIA created last year has encouraged past exhibitors to sign up earlier and new exhibitors to join the successful event,” said Neil Williams, director of exhibit sales for the Michigan Boating Industries Association in a press release. “Many exhibitors have increased their footprint and are bringing in more products.”
The Michigan Boating Industries Association (MBIA) sponsors the festival, which is in its second year in 2011. The festival will be held Sept. 22-25 and has signed up more than 100 exhibitors and will display over 350 boats.
