Settlement reached in trade dress claim
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – CRP Enterprises, Inc. dba Access Technologies and CPS Distributors, Inc. have reached a mutual out-of-court settlement of CRP’s trade dress claim, Access Technologies reported in a recent release.
The lawsuit had concerned alleged infringement of the Marine Remote Commander design and of CPS’s claim for return of prior inventory.
