Effective immediately, William Ferguson will head up the Plant A operation (boats 15’-24’) as the new production manager; Sherrie Ferguson was promoted to the company’s human resource manager.
Gordon Peters has been named the new warranty manager; Dennis Essenmacher will take over the position of purchasing manager (replacing 10-year Scout veteran Joe Siler who is retiring in July).
The fifth key appointment is the company’s new Florida Sales Manager, James Pate.
“We have a tremendous team of talented, skilled employees at every level within our organization, and these five new appointments are no exception,” Scout CEO Steve Potts said in the release.
