Naples marina up for auction

NAPLES, Fla. — Slips at the Port of the Islands Marina in Collier County will go up on the action block in April.

The 140 slips will be sold as one unit, with the minimum bid set at $1.96 million, according to a story in the Naples Daily News.

The marina was established in the 1960s. It was purchased and renovated by The Islands Marina LLC in 2005. The marina includes 52 live-aboard slips.

The auction will be performed by New York-based Sheldon Goode. & Co. at the Naples Grand Beach Resort. The owners are selling it so they can move onto new projects, according to the article.
