New dates set for St. Petersburg Boat Show

ST. PETERSBURG – Dates for the 30th annual St. Petersburg Boat Show have been changed to Nov. 29 through Dec. 2, show producer Show Management said in a press release Wednesday. The show venue, the Bayfront Center Yacht Basin, will remain the same.

“Always looking to improve our efforts, we’ve been working with the marine industries and dealers on the west coast to determine the best time period to stage the boat show,” said Chuck Bolt, show manager for Show Management. “It was unanimous that holding the show the weekend following Thanksgiving would be the most advantageous time. Feedback on the new dates from all of our exhibitors has been extremely favorable.”

The St. Petersburg Boat Show will include more than 500 dealers from the region, in water and on land, along with engines, electronics and accessories. Free children’s fishing clinics and fishing seminars will also be offered.
