SOUTHAMPTON, U.K. — U.K.-based Peters & May Ltd. recently completed its acquisition of Peters & May USA Inc. by purchasing the remaining 40 percent of shares of the company, according to a release from Peters & May Ltd.
In July 2007, Peters & May Ltd. took an initial stake in the Chicago-based company when it was known as Air & Ocean Shipping Inc. Earlier this year it changed its name to Peters & May USA Inc.

Peters & May has over 30 years experience in the provision of marine logistics and offers global boat transportation, freight forwarding and yacht racing logistics via air, road, rail and sea.
