SeaWide to open new distribution center
MURRIETA, Calif. – SeaWide Distribution, national distributor of marine and consumer electronics, plans to open a new East Coast distribution center on May 5, the company reported in a release yesterday.
Located in Sarasota, Fla., the new distribution center will manage product sales and provide support to customers located in the Eastern U.S. (east of the Rockies).
“Our sales in marine have seen double-digit growth in the last two years,” said Keith Wansley, SeaWide’s vice president. “SeaWide identified Florida and the Southeast as a key market for the company and is committed to supporting growth for our dealers in this marketplace.”
The company’s Florida location is the newest of four SeaWide distribution centers serving boat builders, dealers, retailers and electronics installers in marine and consumer electronics.
