TopSide Marinas Acquires Campbell Point Marina

TopSide Marinas, a family-owned company that acquires and operates marinas around the United States, recently acquired Campbell Point Marina, located on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob, Missouri. This acquisition marks the third for TopSide Marinas in Missouri and the Ozarks, after the acquisition of Cape Fair Marina and Hideaway Marina in 2023.

The full-service marina features over 280 wet slips ranging in length from 24 to 80 feet, according to the company, offering an array of amenities including wet storage, fuel, boat rentals, retail and an ice cream shop. This spring, TopSide Marinas will expand capacity with the addition of 50 new wet slips, constructed by its in-house dock building partner, James River Dock Services.

Table Rock Lake is a scenic and popular freshwater lake and is a major destination for boating, fishing and recreation in the Ozarks region of southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas, according to the company. The lake offers over 800 miles of scenic shoreline and spans more than 40,000 surface acres.
