Dr. Shrink named on Inc magazine 500/5000 list

MANISTEE, Mich. – Dr. Shrink was ranked 4,344 on this year’s Inc magazine 500/5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the nation. The shrink wrap supplier managed a sales growth of 22 percent between 2007 and 2010.

To qualify for the list, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent, as of Dec. 31, 2010. Companies must also have had a minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2007 and a minimum of $2 million in 2010. Companies that meet those requirements are then ranked according to percentage revenue growth between the three-year period of 2007-2010.

Companies that made this year’s list reported having created 350,000 jobs and increased aggregate revenue by 14 percent to $366 billion.
