TULSA, Okla. — Navico, parent company to the Lowrance, Simrad Yachting and B&G brands, recently announced a three-year OEM partnership with Fishing Holdings LLC, a manufacturer and marketer of fiberglass fishing boats.
Under the terms of the agreement, all Ranger and Triton models will feature Lowrance High Definition System (HDS) multifunction displays. HDS provides new Ranger and Triton boat buyers with high-performance, easy-to-use navigation and innovative fishfinding capabilities — as well as a full network of performance-module options including StructureScan sonar imaging, SonicHub marine audio server, Broadband Radar and the LWX-1 Sirius satellite weather/radio module.
“Our goal is simple,” said Louis Chemi, chief operating officer, Navico Americas. “Help anglers catch more fish and ensure a more productive, safe and fun on-the-water experience for all boaters. We’re honored and excited to continue our strong partnership with the Ranger and Triton brands. Through our commitment to be the best partner to our channel customers in terms of quality, delivery and after sales support – plus a top-performing, award-winning lineup of Lowrance HDS fishfinder/chartplotters – this agreement represents a big win for new Ranger and Triton boat owners.”
