TRIESTE, Italy — The Fincantieri shipyard has competed — and sold — a 440-foot luxury yacht named Serene. It’s the 9th largest yacht in the world and was sold to an unknown buyer for $300 million, according to a report in Business Insider.
The yacht was designed by Espen Oeino, with interior decoration by Pascale Reymond of Reymond Langton Design.
Serene is notable for its high-tech offering, two helicopter pads, submarine storage and in indoor seawter pool. It has seven decks, 50,000 square feet of interior space, 30,000 of which is living area.
