N.J. tournament producer launches boat show

CAPE MAY, N.J. – South Jersey Events has launched the “Strictly Jersey” boat show, which it plans to host at the South Jersey Marina in Cap May, N.J., May 1-3, it reported in a recent statement.

The show is “a new and unique event designed to showcase the boating industry in New Jersey” that will consist of New Jersey-based manufacturer’s, dealers and recreational boating suppliers, according to the organizer, which hosts five fishing tournaments, including the Mid-Atlantic $500,000 Tournament.

“Strictly Jersey” will include both in-water exhibitors, many of which will be able to sea-trial their vessels, and land-based exhibitors. General admission will be $15, according to the company.

South Jersey Events marketing director, Bob Glover, has tasked his department with the goal of creating “an event that will enable our exhibitors to get their products in front of bonafide, qualified buyers,” the company reported.
