American Global Yacht Group acquires Maryland dealer
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – American Global Yacht Group (AGYG) has acquired North Atlantic Marine Group-Maryland (NAMG-MD), it reported in a recent statement. Through the acquisition, the company is now the exclusive Chesapeake Bay dealer for Formula Boats.
“We are dedicated to quality, service and growth, and are constantly looking for ways to enhance the variety of our product line,” said Fred Azar, AGYG principal. “Formula is one of the finest powerboats on the market, which makes it the perfect complement to our company’s superior yacht offerings.”
AGYG provides new construction, sales and brokerage for Molokai Strait Expedition Yachts, Outer Reef Yachts and Rivolta Yachts. The company has sales locations in Annapolis, Md.; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Seattle, Wash.; Antibes, France; and Sydney, Australia.
