Shakespeare appoints new vice president
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Shakespeare Co. has promoted Craig Woods to vice president of sales and marketing within the Shakespeare Electronics Group, the company said in a press release today.
In his new position, Woods will be responsible for driving the sales, marketing, new product development, and research and development projects for the Electronics Products Group on a global basis.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the marine electronics field, Woods joined Shakespeare’s electronics and fiberglass division in Newberry, S.C., in 1996. Most recently, he was director of the electronics group within Shakespeare’s fishing tackle division.
