MELBOURNE, Australia — The 51st annual Melbourne Boat Show started today and will run through June 13. The dates, which are new for the event, run through a long holiday weekend.
The event is taking place at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and features Melbourne-based Streaker Boats and other new boats and technologies. Educational sessions will cover topics such as interpreting sonar and electronics, lure fishing, local regulations and safe boating.
The show runs every day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. except Sunday, which has hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A gate admission will be charged.
