Pat Kennedy is a primary presenter for Spader Business Management’s popular Total Management 1 Workshop, a 20 Group facilitator, and a consultant for Spader.
Prior to joining Spader in 2007, Pat owned a successful RV dealership in California and was a Spader client and 20 Group member for nearly 10 years. During the time he was a Spader client, Pat’s company grew more than tenfold, from $5 million to over $6 million in annual sales from three locations in the San Francisco area. Pat sold his business in 2006.
Prior to buying the dealership, Pat worked in nearly all the departments from sales to service to parts and accessories as an employee. This hands-on background in the various functional aspects of a business helped drive his success as a dealer and is still invaluable to his work as facilitator and trainer. There aren’t many perspectives he hasn’t had in a business first-hand, from the front line to the ownership level.
Pat has a BA from the University of San Francisco.
