FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Exhibit space at all six sites of the 47th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show has sold out, including additional in-water slips added to the Las Olas Marina show venue, organizers reported in a release this week.
“Demand for participation in the show is the strongest ever,” says Andrew Doole, vice president of Show Management, producers of the event, which runs Oct. 26 – 30. “Worldwide, the Fort Lauderdale show is recognized as a key barometer measuring success across all major segments of the marine industry.”
Exhibit area at the show covers more than 3 million square feet of space, both in-water and on-land. It also represents a $1.6 billion showcase of more than 1,000 vessels (including superyachts, motor yachts, sport fishers, cruisers, go-fast, high performance, flats boats, personal watercrafts, kayaks, etc), as well as thousands more marine-related products, accessories, electronics, apparel, and services.
