MBIA launches online career center
LIVONIA, Mich. – The Michigan Boating Industries Association has launched a Web-based boating career center at www.boatingjobsonline.com, MBIA reported in a release yesterday.
The site offers employers targeted advertising for boating industry job openings, job posting, online reports with job activity statistics, pricing options and an introductory special pricing offer. MBIA is offering an introductory promotional rate of $125 for members who place ads now, which will keep the ads actively on the job board through Dec. 31.
“The Michigan Boating Industries Association has been assisting marine businesses and job seekers for many years in filling positions and we felt it was time to offer a state of the art web-based service that will enhance filling recreational boating industry positions in a cost effective, timely and efficient way,” said Van Snider, MBIA president.
The Boating Career Center is free to all job seekers. They can search job listings, electronically respond to job postings, and also opt to list their resumes for free.
