BOCA RATON, Fla. – Seven Kings Holdings, Inc., a South Florida marina and development company, plans to open a $180-million waterfront marina complex this fall, SKH said in a press release yesterday.
Loggerhead Club & Marina will be located on the intracoastal waterfront overlooking Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Fla. The marina will provide indoor dry storage slips for 300 boats up to 45 feet in length.
Seven Kings Holdings is the owner, developer and operator of eight branded marinas from Miami to Vero Beach.
