JUPITER, Fla. – E-commerce network Ritz Interactive – which includes RitzCamera.com, WolfCamera.com, RitzPIX.com, BoatersWorld.com, ShopAtShark.com and other online shopping sites – predicted its continued increase in sales would lead to “another banner year” in 2004, the company said in a press release yesterday.
The company’s board of directors reviewed a number of positive developments during a recent meeting in Jupiter, Fla., including double-digit sales percentage increases every year since the Ritz Interactive was founded in 1999. The company said it is now approaching $100 million in annual revenue, several acquisitions are in process and an initial public offering is looming.
“Our flagship online shopping sites, RitzCamera.com and BoatersWorld.com, are giants in the photography and marine industries, respectively, and we are rapidly moving into other areas,” Fred Lerner, Ritz Interactive president and CEO, said. “More and more consumers are discovering the incredible convenience of online shopping, as well as the quality, selection and value we offer at our sites. We see these trends continuing well into the future.”
