Honda extends True 5 Warranty
ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Honda Marine is extending its True 5-year limited warranty to 40hp to 225hp outboards purchased through participating dealers between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008, the company said in a statement yesterday.
True 5 will also be offered on 2 through 30hp models purchased between May 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008. The move to include these models extends Honda Marine’s True 5 warranty to its entire product line.

Power and the NMMA for outstanding customer service, extending True 5 to include our full range of reliable, fuel-efficient outboards affords Honda Marine customers dealer support,” said John Fulcher, Honda Marine senior manager. “With full Honda backing and non-declining coverage, True 5 keeps Honda Marine customers on the water.”
