OneWater Marine acquires South Shore Marine

Atlanta-based OneWater Marine Holdings has acquired South Shore Marine of Huron, Ohio. Tom Mack, former owner of South Shore Marine, will continue to manage the dealership under the South Shore Marine name. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

We believe South Shore will be a perfect complement, and immediate contributor, to our portfolio of dealerships.”

South Shore Marine will continue to operate from its current location on the shores of Lake Erie in Huron, Ohio. A new, 13,000-square-foot sales showroom is scheduled to open in October 2017. All existing personnel will remain with the company.

This acquisition marks OneWater’s entry into the Midwest market, as the rest of the company’s portfolio exists in the South and Mid-Atlantic regions.
