OneWater acquires Grande Yachts
Atlanta-based OneWater Marine Holdings, LLC, has acquired Grande Yachts International with 11 coastal locations in New York, Maryland, Virginia, N. Carolina, S. Carolina and Florida. Terms were not disclosed.
“Looking to expand our geographic footprint into the Northeast, as well as to build upon our growing success in selling larger vessels, adding Grande Yachts International to our dealer portfolio made perfect sense.” said Austin Singleton, CEO of OneWater Marine Holdings. “As we continue in aggressive acquisition mode, we’re excited to have added a proven dealer that sells premium brands in growing coastal markets.”

Grande Yachts offers Tiara, Riviera, Absolute, Prestige and Jeanneau, as well as EdgeWater, Pursuit, SeaFox, and Chris-Craft luxury sport boats. Grande Yachts is also one of the largest yacht brokerage houses with 11 sales locations on the East Coast. The company will continue to operate its current locations under the Grande Yachts International name. All existing personnel will remain with the company.
