1. Court declines to disqualify judge in Miami boat show case
A Florida appellate court has opted not to remove a judge presiding over the village Key Biscayne’s suit against the city of Miami over the Miami International Boat Show, Daily Business Review reported.
The city had argued that the judge should be disqualified from the case for making negative comments about traffic related to the show.
2. NMMA will host “Day on the Water” at GOP, Democratic conventions

3. Canadian dealer asks for help with stolen boat
Banner Marine of Kelowna, B.C., is hoping the Internet can help it find a stolen boat. Someone stole a boat from Banner Recreation and Marine on McCurdy Place in Kelowna on June 19. The orange and black 2016 Campion SVFARA tow/surf boat was sitting on a custom Phoenix Trailer (with all-black tandem axle chrome rims). Banner general manager Jeff Schwartz said he believes two white males driving a newer white SUV stole it.
4. VIDEO: Montana using dogs to combat AIS spread
As part of its efforts to stop the spread of aquatic invasive species, the state of Montana is using specially trained dogs to assist with inspections, KXLF reports.
5. Analyst cuts forecast for MarineMax
B. Riley has cut its Q3 2016 EPS estimates for MarineMax in a report released on Tuesday. B. Riley currently has a “Buy” rating and a $25.00 target price on the stock.
