SEARSPORT, Maine — Elizabeth Lodge has been named executive director of the Penobscot Marine Museum, according to an article in the Bangor Daily News.

“I am honored to have been selected to lead Penobscot Marine Museum,” Lodge said. “I am eager to begin working with the board, staff and volunteers to continue expanding the museum’s influence throughout the Penobscot Bay region and Down East. The museum’s incredible collections, wide-ranging exhibitions and innovative education programs are testimony to the achievements of the trustees and staff and to the generosity of the museum’s supporters.”
