Sterling Associates adds new sales manager
WHITINSVILLE, Mass. – Marine finance provider Sterling Associates recently named James Velez as Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager at the company’s Fort Lauderdale office.
“I’m excited to join the Sterling team just as the pace of yacht financing is starting to pick up,” Velez said in a statement. “Brokers and dealers who refer their clients to Sterling are trusting their buyers to the people with the most experience in the industry — experts who always deal with their clients in the most professional manner.”
Sterling President Tom Smith says Velez’ 32 years of experience in marine lending give him “an unparalleled knowledge of the industry. Jim also has a great deal of underwriting experience, as well as expertise in customer service.”
Sterling Associates, which is headquartered in Massachusetts, also has offices in Connecticut, Maryland, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, and California, with representatives available to help with boat loans throughout New England, the Southeast, the Southwest, and the West Coast.
