“We are thrilled to have John join Legendary Marine on a full-time basis and look forward to what he will bring to our organization in terms of higher level sales training and professional development initiatives,” Managing Partner Fred Pace said in a release. “His hands-on working knowledge of marine and his personal passion for boating, coupled with his experience in RV and automotive sales and training, will be advantageous as we continually focus on enhancing our level of performance. Having a dedicated professional trainer on premises is a major commitment, but one we firmly believe is worthy of investment.”
In addition to conducting ongoing sales training, Lane will also function in a sales management capacity at the Destin location, plus be involved in the production of internal video and Internet-based training modules.
