ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The American Boat & Yacht Council announced Leslie Gibbons-Neff as the organization’s director of marketing, communication, and their Foundation, according to a recent release from ABYC.
Gibbons-Neff will be responsible for the general marketing, communications, and branding for the organization, as well as managing media relations and new business development.
Gibbons-Neff joins the organization with an in-depth knowledge of the maritime industry and a strong commitment to promoting ABYC’s safety standards to consumers in the marine industry.
Skip Burdon, ABYC’s president, commented on the addition in the release, “Because we recognize the relevance of Leslie’s marketing experience in the travel industry as well as her enthusiasm and involvement in numerous nautical organizations over many years, we know she will create new and diversified opportunities for ABYC that will benefit all members, partners and mutual customers.”
Gibbons-Neff is from Maryland and enjoys cruising the Chesapeake Bay.
