Brunswick names Coleman VP, general counsel and secretary
LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Brunswick Corporation has named Kristin M. Coleman vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, the company reported this week. Coleman starts May 20 and will report to Dustan E. McCoy, Brunswick’s chairman and chief executive officer.
Coleman was most recently vice president and associate general counsel for Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. However, she was with Brunswick from 2003-2008, during which time she served in positions including deputy general counsel for Brunswick Corporation, as well as vice president and general counsel for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards.
“We are pleased to welcome Kristin back to Brunswick,” McCoy said in a statement. “Her expertise and familiarity with the company, our businesses and our legal team will ensure that the pace and intensity of our efforts will proceed forward unimpeded.”
Coleman holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor.
