Unified appoints two
NEWPORT, Tenn. – Unified Marine, Inc. has hired two people to head portions of its sales team, the company said in statements Wednesday. Greg Rentfro is sales director for Unified’s OE and distribution segments. Tom Brewington has been named sales manager for the company.
Rentfro will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for boat and trailer manufacturers, as well as aftermarket distribution. Rentfro has more than 20 years of leadership experience across sales, marketing and product development in the marine industry, working with distribution and manufacturing companies. He most recently served as the marine aftermarket development manager for Webasto Product North America.
Brewington worked for Unified Marine from 1995 to 2002 in various management positions. He brings more than 25 years of management experience to his new role, including managing marine trade accounts and retail chain headquarter accounts, as well as hiring and managing company sales and service managers and representatives.
